Cape Cares, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. We operate the Cape Warming Center and work alongside community partners to care for our neighbors experiencing homelessness, housing instability, and economic hardship.

The Cape Warming Center is a seasonal, low-barrier program that opens on nights of extreme cold to provide a safe, warm place to sleep, a hot meal, hospitality, hygiene items, and connection to community resources.
